Our Wall Notes are great for pointing out important features of the home or special notes about the area your potential buyer is moving into:
- Nearby schools or parks
- Under-counter lighting
- Upgrades to appliances, etc
- In floor heating
- Triple pane glass or new windows.
- New roof or siding
- Personal notes or memories of special places nearby ( Got to have a burger that this special location nearby)
Ordering is easy:
- Select your template design from Balloon, Arrow, Rectangle or Quotations.
- In the text box provided, enter the text as you would like to have it appear on your wall notes and the number of each desired. ie, 4 New Roof, 3 New Windows.
- Upload any logos you would like to have implemented in your layout
- Enter your contact information if you would like to have it added onto your wall notes
- Enter the quantity of wall notes you are ordering into your cart
Proofs will be provided on one of your wall note layouts prior to printing, to ensure spelling of contact information or logo placement is satisfactory.
NOTE: Do not apply onto any non latex area such as oil based furniture and finishes, or where a proper prime and top coat has not been applied. Paint must not be fresh, and should be cured for a minimum of 3 months before application. (Latex ONLY)
